Dillman Control Houses

The same heavy-duty construction exemplified in our plant line is carried over to our control houses. Each house is framed with 5-inch rectangular tubing with exterior steel walls and roof section continuously welded to the frame. The entire control module is well insulated and interior is finished with plywood sheeting. Comfort and convenience are major considerations in the design of each control house we manufacture. The raised level of the control room is furnished with tinted 1-inch thermopane glass and provides 360-degree visibility for the plant operator. A 5-ton air conditioner and 40,000 BTU heater with thermostatic control provides interior climate stability. Multiple electrical and phone outlets allow extended communications options.
