Cold Feed Systems
Dillman's heavy duty cold feed systems are offered for portable and stationary HMA facilities. These ruggedly built system are manufactured and designed to accurately meter all sizes of virgin aggregate into the production process. Ruggedly constructed from ¼" steel plating and completely welded into an integral unit that is ready to be placed directly on location. Our cold feeds are supported by a heavy-duty steel foundation with support gussets, tie ins and stiffeners that lengthens the overall life of the bins. Feeders have a tapered self-relieving throat and adjustable slide gate to insure accurate metering . . . all Dillman cold feed bins are available with your choice AC, DC and EDDY current drives. |

Belt Conveyors, Scalping Screens & Weigh Bridges
Dillman offers heavy-duty inclined belt conveyors for both portable, skid mount and stationary plants. All conveyors are built with a strong I-beam construction and high performance idlers. Single or dual deck scalping screens are pre-mounted for portable systems or with freestanding support structure for stationary and skid mount plants. Conveyor and screen deck size and configuration are based on your requirements. |

Mixers
For years, contractors have relied on inadequate all-in-one drying/mixing drums to fill the need for a high production facility. While they performed admirably, they were prone to environmental problems, inferior mix issues, and high maintenance costs. Dillman Equipment has addressed these issues by creating the DuoDrum. This design centers around a unique secondary mixing vessel. By separating the drying process from the mixing, we have totally eliminated the chronic production problems that face conventional drum mixers - no blue smoke, a totally homogenous mix and low maintenance requirements. |

AC Tanks
Accurately store, monitor and distribute liquid AC with an advanced AC handling system. From 10,000 to 40,000 gallon capacity, all tanks are offered in vertical and horizontal arrangements with options for hot oil heating, direct fired and electric heat capability. All tanks are also offered with optional agitation systems for Superpave and polymer modified asphalts. Heating systems are also available to complete the AC Handling package. |
